考大中国学生市场调研项目-抽奖条款声明

1. The prize draw is open to all Chinese nationals aged 18 years or over 18 years, except employees of the Coventry University, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.

本次抽奖活动面向所有18岁或18岁以上的中国公民，考文垂大学员工、家属、代理或与抽奖管理直接相关的任何第三方不得参与。

2. Upon participation of the “Chinese Student Market Research Project” (“the Project”) you will be automatically entered into the prize draw if a participant provides a valid email address. Only one entry per participant is permitted.

参与者参加《中国学生市场调研项目》（以下简称《项目》）并提供有效的电子邮件地址，将自动参加本次抽奖活动。每个参与者只允许参加一次。

3. The opening date for entries is 00:00 on 24 October 2020. The closing date of the prize draw is 16:00 on 8 November 2020. Entries received after this time will not be counted.

本次抽奖活动开始日期为2020年10月24日00:00，截止日期为2020年11月8日16时。截止时间后收到的参与信息将视作无效处理。

4. Coventry University accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.

5. Five (5) winners will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process on 13 November 2020 (“Draw Date”).

6. Each winner will receive one of the five Amazon Gift Vouchers, including £100 x1, £50 x1, £25 x 3.

7. The winner will be notified by email (using details provided at entry) before 19 November 2020 and must provide a valid email address to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to Coventry University within 7 days of being notified by Coventry University, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Coventry University will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond Coventry University’s control makes it necessary to do so.

12. Coventry University must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation Coventry University will send the surname of major prize winners and to anyone who emails cor064@coventry.ac.uk or writes to Coventry University Priory Street, Coventry, CV1 5FB (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one (1) month after the closing date stated in condition 4. If you object to any or all of your surname, and winning entry being published or made available, please contact Matt Dyer at cor064@coventry.ac.uk or Jingjing Zheng ad5464@coventry.ac.uk. In such circumstances, Coventry University must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

13. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. Coventry University reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

14. Coventry University reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
